Board of Trustees
The Foundation is governed by a board of trustees comprised of researchers and decision makers
in the health sector, along with individuals with financial planning and investment expertise. The federal deputy minister of health is also an ex officio member of the board. Trustees oversee the Foundation’s endowment fund and set policies and program directions for the organization.
Board Committees
Three board committees provide guidance and advice on the Foundation's programs and business operations: the Finance and Audit Committee; the Governance Committee; and the Investment Committee.
Office of the President
The president supports the board of trustees and its committees, works to maintain the overall vision for CHSRF and develops external relations.
